Team BC Archery looks forward to fans cheering them on in Prince George

After an exciting kickoff to the Canada Winter Games at the Opening Ceremony on Friday, Team BC archers continued their preparations for competition, which begins Sunday morning at the Charles Jago Sports Centre.

“The team took a bit of time to warm up through the pep rally yesterday,” said team manager and coach, Linda Price, “but they really came alive at the Opening Ceremony.”

Keeping with the spirit of the Games, they took some time to have fun with the Team BC gear. “We love the design of all the gear,” continued Linda, “and we can’t wait to hear the fans cheering us on during competition.”

Qualifying rounds being Sunday morning at 9 a.m. at the Charles Jago Sports Centre.
