The BC Games Society strives to inspire exceptional experiences by creating a positive, respectful, inclusive, and accessible environment.
We believe that everyone associated with Team BC:

- has the right to participate in an environment that is supportive, positive, respectful, accessible, and that contributes to exceptional experiences and
- has the responsibility to contribute in a positive way to the experiences of everyone involved in the Games and Team BC

Members of Team BC are expected to conduct themselves at all times in the spirit of fair play and in a responsible manner. This is expected of participants from the beginning of their selection camp until they return home from the Canada Games.
