It was a spectacular day for Team BC with 19 medals won in athletics, cycling, rowing, and triathlon.

“It was super fun and I was super excited that we had a good chance at medalling. I really wanted that gold. When I got that baton, I just ran and it worked out. So I am happy with that.” 

Beach Volleyball men won their semifinal against Team Alberta and will play for gold.  The women will play for bronze.

After a tough loss to Team Ontario, Team BC baseball will play for fifth against Team Quebec.

Women’s soccer showcased their skills in the consolation round finishing fifth.
