Beyond athletic prowess however, the Games also see outstanding performances from selfless volunteers who go above and beyond, offering their time, expertise and, in this case their culinary skills, to support the country’s finest young athletes in achieving their goals.


Team BC Recognizes Coaches

Team BC hosted a reception yesterday to thank all of the outstanding coaches who have dedicated their time to the Team BC program. The development of British Columbia’s athletes relies on the commitement of coaches and staff alike. The 2013 Canada Summer Games have been a success for Team BC thus far with a total medal count of 27 as of August 8th.
