Men’s and women’s volleyball both with two wins and one loss

Team BC men’s volleyball team continued to play well this moring winning in straight sets (25-18, 25-11, 25-17) over Team Saskatchewan at the Sport for Life Centre.

Team BC fans loaded up on cheer gear and brought a lot of noise to the game, which seemed to energize the players.

Team BC 2 Team Quebec 3
Team BC Men’s volleyball team were in tough against Team Quebec at the Sport for Life Centre.
In the first set there were many lead changes until Quebec took control and won the set 25-20.
The second set was more of the same nail biting action, Quebec eventually won that set 29-27.

Team BC battled and came through to win the third and forth set (25-20, 25-21) to take the match to a 5th set.

The fifth set was also very close, tied at 12-12 until Quebec pulled away with a 15-12 win for the game and match.

WOMEN
Team BC 3 vs Team Yukon 0

Team BC Women’s volleyball team got back to their winning ways with a straight sets (25-6, 25-11, 25-10) over Team Yukon at the Sport for Life Centre.
