Eight boats qualified for finals after first day at Rowing
Eight Team BC boats qualified for finals on the first day of rowing competition at the 2017 Canada Games in Kenora, Ontario. Leading the way was the Women’s Pair, Men’s Quadruple Scull and Women’s Eight who all won their heats.

“The women’s team went out and executed our plan of all boats progressing to finals on Thursday. This was our opportunity to see what speed all the other provinces are bringing into this regatta. And we will be showing all the other provinces our SPEED on Thursday.”
